Their Mayfair office sits at the heart of Prime Central London, managing some of the capital's most desirable residential properties and serving a highly discerning international clientele.

They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Prime Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a luxury residential portfolio in Mayfair. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can deliver a consistently high level of service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities Tenant & Occupier Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing enquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, renewals, and check-outs
  • Monitor rent collection, enforce lease terms, and manage arrears in a measured and effective manner
Property Maintenance & Compliance
  • Oversee routine and reactive maintenance, repairs, and statutory inspections
  • Instruct and manage approved contractors, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements
Financial & Portfolio Oversight
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and service charge expenditure
  • Monitor costs and identify efficiencies without compromising standards
  • Produce regular reports covering occupancy, maintenance, and financial performance
