Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Tower Hill.

The Role – Lettings Negotiator (Mandarin Speaking)

As a Lettings Negotiator at CHBL, you will manage the lettings process from enquiry to completion, working closely with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess applicant requirements and identify suitable rental properties
  • Handle lettings enquiries and match applicants to appropriate homes
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers successfully
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and manage referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Monitor the Central London lettings market for new developments and opportunities
  • Maintain and update the company’s property and applicant database
  • Promote CHBL properties across social media platforms to increase exposure
  • Provide ongoing support to the Lettings Director as required
Skills & Experience Required
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally in Central London
  • ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment
