Principle / Senior Chartered Valuation Surveyor Opportunity
£57,500 - £72,500 plus bonus 33% over approx. £187 - 215k depending on agreed basic salary.
Our client is a long-established specialist independent Valuation firm specialising in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate for loan security purposes.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct accurate valuations of residential and commercial properties for loan security.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including bank managers, property owners, and internal team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Engage in networking and relationship‑building activities, including social events with clients.
- Travel within London, Home Counties, and occasionally up north as required.
- Minimum of 2 years Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE).
- MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
- Proven track record of handling high‑volume and high‑value property valuations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.
