Property Manager - Private Family Wealth Office

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a unique opportunity to work directly with property owners in a dynamic, fast-growing portfolio? Join a prestigious private family wealth office based in London Bridge, managing a collection of 40-50 residential properties-with new acquisitions added annually.

About the Role

As Property Manager, you'll take full ownership of a high-value residential portfolio, overseeing all aspects of property management, lettings, tenant relations, and compliance. You'll work closely with the owners in a small, collaborative office environment, supported by an assistant who reports directly to you.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique setting and enjoys building long-term relationships with tenants and landlords alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management of 40-50 residential properties across London
  • Coordinate lettings, renewals, referencing, and tenancy agreements
  • Manage property maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Handle rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with onboarding new properties into the portfolio
  • Maintain accurate records and property management systems
  • Supervise and mentor an assistant property manager
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential property management (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of lettings, referencing, and tenancy legislation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • ARLA qualification or similar (desirable but not essential)
