Our Quality Phorum connects senior Quality leaders — including Chief Quality Officers — from global pharma and CDMO organisations to shape best practice and drive sector-wide impact. We’re growing and looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Quality team.

This is not a typical account management role. You’ll work directly with senior Quality leaders across global enterprises, building trusted relationships and ensuring they realise meaningful value from collaboration. You’ll partner closely with the Quality Phorum Director, translating what you hear in 1:1 conversations into programme insight and evolution.

If you’ve:

• Worked in Quality within pharma manufacturing
• Been a Project Manager in a CDMO
• Operated in a customer-facing pharma manufacturing role
• Or built strong customer success experience in a complex, regulated environment — this could be your next step.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 4–6+ years’ experience in pharma (ideally manufacturing/Quality)
• Understands the real-world pressures facing Quality leaders
• Brings maturity, gravitas and commercial awareness
• Can communicate complex ideas concisely to senior stakeholders
• Is proactive — if you see an opportunity, you make it happen
• Genuinely loves building deep, long-term customer relationships

You’ll own a portfolio of Quality member accounts, driving engagement, retention, renewal growth and cross-Phorum opportunities — while helping shape the future direction of the programme itself.
