Quality Technician, High Wycombe, Herts
Our client, a global manufacturer, based in High Wycombe, Herts, is looking to recruit a Quality Technician.
Essential- Manage customer returns or complaints and report timeously
- Carry out fault and root cause analysis on electronic equipment
- Fault analysis reporting for customers
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good quality control and/or assurance skills on electronic equipment
- Manage a quarantine and non‑conforming products
- ISO 9001 internal auditing qualification
- Manage an internal audit plan and reporting thereof
- Manage statistical analysis
- Health and safety experience
- Managing R.E.A.C.H, RoSH and WEEE regulations
- Experience with in IEC 80079‑34
- Aiding the Quality Manager in training
- Ability to review/update work instructions
- Eye for detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good at problem solving (8D/5 Why's)
- Good statistical ability
- Good interpersonal skill
- Convincing
- Proactive
- Work independently within a team
- Competence in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
