Key responsibilities include:

• Taking blood samples
• Undertaking patient observations (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and oxygen levels)
• Providing reassurance and guidance to patients
• Handling emergency admissions and triage cases

As a Band 5 A&E Nurse with Royal Free
, you will:

• Provide constant monitoring and care for patients in seriously ill or unstable conditions

• Support emergency admissions and their families
  , ensuring effective communication of clinical information.
• Assess and prioritise patient requirements
  , delegating effectively.
• Recognise, review, and report changes in patient conditions to senior medical staff.
• Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct
  .
• Take blood samples, fit cannulas, and conduct patient observations
  .
• Treat resuscitation patients and manage triage cases
  .

Essential:

• Registered Nurse (NMC registration required)
• At least 2 years post-graduate experience
• 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
• Enhanced background check clearance
