Wine Agency Marketing Executive

You will support the Trade marketing team with all requirements to deliver against the wine strategy, supplier strategy, gold standard delivery, training, events, brand support and promotions.

• Provide admin support across the wine agency marketing team.
• Being WinePoint owner for the team (our internal wine supplier & product information source) developing and actioning the dynamic content sections and creating and co-ordinating WinePoint content with the rest of the trade marketing team. Working with wine leads in the sales team to co-ordinate content requirements with them.
• Point of contact for the team for queries around websites, e-commerce, product information.
• Assist with building category & supplier decks for trade marketing / buying updates with the sales team.
• Assist with updates & coms for the team roundup for communication to sales teams.
• Masterclasses - Logistically host & manage masterclasses in the London office & preparation for.
• Awards / Sponsor ships / Dinners - Focal point for the team in managing our teams input into these.
• Deal with sales force requests and queries.
• Assist with promotional invoicing.
• Arrange & co-ordinate samples for tastings & events.
• Support the digital & other marketing teams on the effective presentation of wine & suppliers on our different platforms.
• Support the trade and wider marketing teams on the effective presentation of events.
• Assisting at internal and customer events as required.
• Support for the trade marketing team through invoicing, budget, and project tracking.

• Good level of wine knowledge is essential, a WSET qualification is preferable
• Some knowledge and a keen interest in the drinks industry & the On-Trade
• Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred but not essential
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Look to continuously improvement our processes & ways of working
• Highly effective communicator & ability to maintain strong relationships
