We’re looking for an ambitious and skilled Paid Media Executive to join our Growth Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.
About the roleAs a Paid Media Executive at the + Me group, you will execute and manage our paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns (Meta and Tik Tok). From owning the day to day management of the accounts, to planning and executing tests, your role will be instrumental to helping us hit our KPIs and ambitious growth targets. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing paid ads strategy across one or more of the + Me brands (Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me).
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within paid search and experience of running ads on paid social (post algorithm shift is a plus) with a desire to be further trained in this area. This role will work closely with the Paid Media Lead and will also have strong ties to the copywriting, design and tech teams, giving you the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the business.
Whatyou'll do
In this role you will implement our growth strategy through our paid channels, manage a large budget and discover new avenues for growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Paid Media Lead in managing the Google Ads, Meta and Tik Tok paid activity
- Manage your channels from daily optimisations and account maintenance tasks, through to monthly performance reporting - to ensure they are running optimally and on-track to achieve targets. You will be the go‑to expert for questions and analysis related to your channels.
- Continuously test new ads on Meta, Tik Tok and Google
- Contribute to regular paid ads creative briefs for Meta and Google, and feedback creative learnings to the design team
- Develop and execute testing across all aspects of the paid channels, including creative, messaging, landing pages and offers, keeping up to date with industry trends, news and products to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Liaise with UGC content creation agencies to ensure we create best‑in class UGC content including concept brainstorming, creator approval, script reviews and content reviews.
- Utilise in‑house data tools to analyse and discover performance trends to improve results.
- Represent Skin + Me in advertising partner meetings (Meta, Google, Tik Tok), working closely with our account reps to best understand the platform’s new features, plan tests and troubleshoot problems.

- Ideally have 2 years experience working in a paid media role, either in house or agency side, with hands on experience running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads and a strong understanding of the main performance drivers across both channels - though we’re open to strong candidates at different stages of their career
- Experience working in a data-driven, high-experimentation environment
- Able to analyse large datasets in Microsoft Excel to draw conclusions and insights about performance
- Self‑starter with a hunger to learn and constantly improve in a fast‑paced environment
- Curious, always asking questions and challenging how we do things
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting results and learnings to various stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
