We’re looking for a creative, organised, and social media-savvy professional to lead our social media presence, manage events, and handle press relations. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and execution—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Key Responsibilities Social Media- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing
- Monitor performance analytics and optimise content for engagement and growth
- Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages
- Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to execution (launches, activations, press events, internal events)
- Manage event budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and press materials
- Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and media appearances
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and insights
- Follower growth rate per platform
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Reach and impressions vs. targets
- Content output delivered on schedule (%)
- Response time to comments and DMs
- Traffic or conversions driven from social channels (where applicable)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams on campaigns
- Support crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Marketing, event management, within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and event management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Cvent, Open Table).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
