We're looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead the activation of brand, product, and demand‑generation marketing across the UK for our Talent Solutions Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. This is a pivotal role shaping how we show up in one of our most important regions, driving awareness, pipeline, and market relevance for a truly global organisation.
The OpportunityIn this role, you will partner closely with Global Marketing, UK leadership, and commercial teams to bring to life the global RPO marketing strategy at a regional level. You'll play a key role in:
- Executing and localising global brand and product marketing campaigns
- Boosting market presence and positioning our RPO solutions as a leader in the UK
- Driving demand and high‑quality leads through integrated multi‑channel campaigns
- Ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, supporting pipeline creation and revenue growth
- Championing UK‑specific insights to influence global planning and product positioning
This role is central to our Center for Local and Local for world approach, ensuring that global strategy lands powerfully at a regional level.
What You’ll Lead Brand Marketing- Execute global brand campaigns across digital, social, and partner channels
- Align messaging to the MPG brand framework and local UK needs
- Support consistent positioning and client engagement across touchpoints
- Implement global product‑led campaigns supporting revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive new client conversations
- Create content that supports the full funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Deliver integrated lead generation campaigns using SEO, SEM, paid media, email and social
- Develop and deploy content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs
- Track and optimise MQL KPIs to maximise conversion
- Build local website campaign pages for UK‑specific initiatives
- Monitor UK market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
- Recommend thought leadership themes and growth ideas
- Liaise with Global Insights and Market Intelligence where relevant
- Plan and deliver UK events, webinars and industry activations
- Identify strategic sponsorship opportunities that elevate brand visibility
- Engage as part of the Global Marketing community
- Share best practices with priority markets and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- 4+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, outsourcing, talent or human‑capital industries
- Strong understanding of inbound/outbound digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, CRM, automation tools, social media and analytics
- Experience working in complex, multi‑country or matrixed organisations
Ability to translate insight and data into strategic action - Excellent communicator, collaborator, and a confident self‑starter
- Creative, commercially minded, resilient, and impact‑driven
