  • Keep up‑to‑date on the market, platform updates and evolving best practices to support campaign optimisation and testing opportunities
  • Support test‑and‑learn initiatives by helping set up experiments and tracking their performance, collaborating on recommendations with the Paid Media Lead
  • Assess the performance of campaigns through timely reporting and analysis
  • Maintain campaign data and performance toolkits alongside the Paid Media Lead, ensuring accurate tracking, regular reporting and documented learnings

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance media performance and overall operational efficiency.
Campaign Execution
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Executive to build out best in class campaign structures within Search, Programmatic and Social platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement a testing framework (e.g. A/B testing, creative iterations) to continuously drive incremental value and learnings.
  • Produce paid media reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills, as well as an ability to interpret results in light of the wider marcomms and business context
Team Management & Development
  • Coach, develop and manage a Performance Marketing Executive
  • Provide ongoing development and support for your direct report, including but not limited, regular 1:1s, appraisals, managing performance reviews, setting tangible objectives, addressing any performance issues, identifying and delivering on training gaps etc.
  • Work alongside the Paid Media Lead for performance management
