Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the hotel’s commercial success, responsible for driving awareness, demand and revenue across Rooms, F&D, and Meetings and Events. Pivotal in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan, driving key objectives, current initiatives and relevant marketing activities relating directly to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, inspire, and develop a small but high-performing Marketing Team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

· Provide clear direction, coaching, and regular feedback to ensure team members grow in capability, confidence, and commercial impact.

· Champion collaboration across departments – Rooms, F&D, Events, Operations – ensuring the entire team understands and supports the hotel marketing strategy.

· Create an environment where ideas are welcomed, innovation is encouraged, and team members feel empowered to contribute to the hotel’s refreshed brand vision.

· Foster strong internal communication pathways, ensuring the team is aligned on goals, priorities, timelines and performance expectations.

· Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive repositioning strategy to relaunch the hotel and its venues, during and post-refurbishment, ensuring the transformation is effectively communicated to local, national and international markets.

· Shape and manage the hotel’s refreshed brand identity, ensuring all messaging, visuals, and content align with the new positioning and Hilton brand standards.

· Continuously analyse the market, competitor landscape, and customer insights to strengthen the hotels competitive position and uncover new opportunities.

· Work closely with the Commercial Director and senior leadership to translate commercial goals – occupancy, ADR, F&D performance and event demand – into integrated, insight-driven marketing plans.

· Oversee all online channels for the hotel and its venues, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and reflective of our brand identity.

· Manage digital campaigns, social media strategy, and third-party listing optimisation to maximise reach, engagement and conversion.

· Conduct monthly audits of all external booking sites and Hilton tools, ensuring information is up to date and aligned with current promotions and brand messaging.

· Develop high quality content (copy, imagery, video, storytelling campaigns) that showcases the hotel’s spaces, elevated experiences and unique heritage.

· Lead all photoshoots and creative production initiatives supporting the repositioning and ongoing brand narrative.
