- Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.
- Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.
- Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline).
- Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits
- Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
- You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Superdrug/Top 4 Grocer a plus
- You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- You're a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
- You’re passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
- You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations
