• Localize and execute the marketing plan for the Nordics based on the EMEA Marketing strategy and plan.
• Drive demand generation in Nordics, both offline and online.
• Optimize and measure the success of the different activities and initiatives.
• Report on the impact of leads, opportunities, cost per lead, cost per opportunity and the overall return on marketing investment.

• Ability to work productively within a virtual team environment as well as independently.
• Flexible and adaptable in approach.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, especially with the local sales team.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions within a multicultural environment.
• Initiative-taking, flexible, quick to adjust, and focused on execution and results.

• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Good understanding of the right and most effective marketing mix and channels in Nordics including events, conferences, email, web, social media, search, and display.
• Events and conferences management.
• Digital savviness in terms of executing local campaigns over different tools and channels.
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), marketing, and social media tools is an advantage (e.g. Pardot, Linked In and Sitefinity).
• Persuasive communication and people skills - written and verbal.
• Propensity to respond to deadlines ahead of schedule.
• Meticulous and analytical with strong planning skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with external partners and suppliers.
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is desirable.
• A master’s degree in marketing or related fields is an advantage.

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a similar position and within a global organization.
• Basic knowledge of B2B marketing.
• Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage, ideally in the financial services/legal sectors.
• Candidates must have full eligibility to work in the UK or Sweden without any restrictions.
