Account Manager

My client, a leading marketing and advertising agency based in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their client services department. This is a full-time, permanent position.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact between the clients and the internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understanding client needs and developing strategic plans to meet their objectives.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Preparing and presenting campaign performance reports.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a client-centric approach.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account management role within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering successful campaigns.

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
