At Quinyx, we’re on a mission to make work life better for millions of frontline workers and the businesses that depend on them. Our AI-powered workforce management platform helps companies optimise their operations, empower their people, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re a global team with Nordic roots, a strong sense of purpose, and a passion for building technology that truly makes a difference.

We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our London office minimum twice per week.

About the role

We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts across the UK and North America. This role is pivotal in driving regional pipeline growth, supporting local go-to-market initiatives, and bringing the Quinyx brand to life through impactful marketing programs that generate demand and build relationships with our target audiences.

This position will split focus 50% on the UK market and 50% on North America, working closely with the regional sales teams, global marketing, and customer success. You’ll have ownership of planning and executing local marketing campaigns and events, partner activations, ABM programs, and other demand-generation initiatives that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.

The role is based in London, with occasional travel to North America to support key campaigns, events, and team collaboration.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans to generate pipeline and accelerate deals in both the UK and North America.
  • Partner closely with the regional sales teams to align marketing activities with local business goals and target accounts.
  • Plan and manage field marketing events such as trade shows, round tables, executive dinners, customer and partner events, and sponsored industry conferences.
  • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs in collaboration with sales, including targeted campaigns and personalised outreach initiatives.
  • Work with global marketing functions (content, digital, brand, operations) to localise global campaigns and ensure consistency across markets.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, vendors, and performance metrics to ensure ROI on all activities.
  • Support partner and customer advocacy initiatives to strengthen relationships and market credibility.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and insights from local markets.
What you’ll bring to the team
  • 3–6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation.
  • A proven track record of creating and executing regional marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, and a solid understanding of marketing in ideally both North America and the UK.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, ABM, and sales alignment in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach — you’re comfortable both planning strategically and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferably with significant experience in the North American market, and currently based in London.
What We Offer
  • A chance to be part of an ambitious, purpose-driven company with a global footprint and Nordic values.
  • The opportunity to make a real impact in scaling Quinyx’s presence in two of our most exciting markets.
  • A collaborative and international team culture that values creativity, accountability, and fun.
  • On-market compensation package and benefits.
  • Hybrid working setup with a vibrant central London office.
  • Opportunities for personal growth and professional development within a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.
  • International travel to collaborate with colleagues and customers

We promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle with flexible work hours and latest tools, enhanced vacation allowance, gym membership contribution, and last but not least, you will have the chance to participate in our well-known yearly ugly Xmas sweater competition!
