We’re growing our Client Services team and looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and a genuine love for sport to help us deliver best-in-class creative work.

The Role

As Client Services Executive, you’ll support our Client Services and Creative teams in managing day-to-day projects for some of our key clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a creative or marketing environment who’s looking to develop their career in an ambitious, design-led sports agency. You’ll play a vital role in helping projects run smoothly, from briefing through to delivery, while learning directly from experienced account leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors across multiple client accounts.
  • Help manage the flow of information between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare creative briefs, meeting notes, and contact reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing where required.
  • Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and new business research.
  • Bring your passion for sport and design to team discussions - add insight, ideas, and cultural awareness.
  • Keep an eye on what’s happening in the sporting world, especially football, and share relevant trends or inspiration with the team.
About You
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a creative agency, design studio, or marketing role.
  • A genuine passion for sport and football - you follow it, you understand it, and you love the culture around it.
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • A quick learner who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Eager to grow your career in client services within the sports and design world.
