Marketing Manager

The company is focused on creating high-quality living experiences and now seeks a data-driven marketer who can elevate its B2C engagement while bringing creativity and energy to the team.

The Marketing Manager will lead and develop direct reports, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver multi channel campaigns. This role is all about driving measurable ROI through insight-led marketing, while bringing fresh ideas and curiosity.

• Deliver integrated B2C campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels
• Manage and mentor two direct reports, enabling them to grow and succeed
• Lead website projects and content updates, liaising with agencies to deliver results
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, running A/B testing to optimise ROI
• Bring energy, ideas and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders and agency partners

• Proven marketing management experience with line management of at least one person
• Must have B2C Marketing experience
• Ideally Property experience but would look at relevant industries e.g., hospitality
• Strong numerical and analytical ability, confident in ROI reporting and data-led decisions
• Curiosity around AI and innovation, with examples of testing and improving campaigns
