Their already large Confex event grew by 40% last year and it looks set to continue to grow rapidly. They have a real "start-up" culture at the business (eg it isn't corporate) where they all group together for the common good, and where each member of staff performs a few different roles.

The role of Digital Marketing Manager Manager

• Responsibilities – they have a marketing agency who helps to set the strategy as well as producing videos and more advanced marketing collateral. Your job would be to execute the marketing strategy via Linked In, enewsletters, social media etc. Therefore you must be good with the written word because you will be writing marketing collateral.
• The purpose of your marketing responsibilities are as follows:
• To maximise visitor numbers, exhibitors and sponsors
• To publicise the unique value proposition of the company/event to the sector
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with media partners
• Marketing delegate places to the exclusive conference streams at the event
• Marketinginvite-only membership to C level professionals across the property sector

Requirements of this Digital Marketing Manager position

• Digital event marketing experience (2+ years ideally)
• Team player
• Mature mindset eager to take ownership of the role
• Strong multi-tasker who is well organised
• Open minded and friendly
• If from a sales background, a marketing degree would be a bonus
