- Spotify is a leading global audio‑streaming platform, offering on‑demand access to over 100 million tracks, podcasts and audio books to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. It operates a freemium model, combining ad‑funded listening with paid subscriptions across 180+ markets.
The Programmatic Manager is a key role across both accounts – taking lead responsibility for end‑to‑end programmatic planning and account management, while closely overseeing activation teams based in India and Colombia.
You will be the London point‑person for all things Programmatic, with direct client contact and day‑to‑day responsibility for building strong relationships with the Client, Digital Hub teams, and counterparts across the wider Digital Activation team (Social and Search).
This role offers the chance to plan and own dynamic performance and brand campaigns across Display, Video, Connected TV and DOOH for two exciting, but very different, brands. You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of operations, inspire and lead a small offshore team, and learn from a wider agency group working with leading data‑driven clients.
Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end account responsibilities, including client relationships, media planning, operations, team management, finance, and reporting.
- Act as the programmatic expert, advising clients on campaign performance, optimization, and strategy to meet business objectives.
- Lead programmatic strategy and planning, ensuring alignment and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the campaign lifecycle, from setup and asset coordination to reporting and financial reconciliation.
- Inspire and lead the offshore activation team, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
- Contribute to the development and initiatives of the Zenith Global Programmatic Team through case studies, training, and team projects.
- Proficient in major DSPS (i.e., Google’s DV360, Amazon AAP, Tradedesk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape.
