The role

As Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of planning and delivering engaging marketing initiatives that drive performance and elevate brand presence. You’ll work closely with retailers, internal teams and senior leaders to make a real impact on the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing plans for the UK and Ireland, from planning and execution to performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage sampling initiatives, Gift With Purchase (GWP) programmes, events and CRM/consumer engagement strategies.
  • Define and implement marketing strategies for retailer activations across online and offline channels.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and PR in negotiating trade marketing packages and building strong retailer relationships.
  • Manage, monitor and analyse marketing budgets, investments and promotions to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and develop the e-retail executive and marketing & consumer engagement executive to achieve commercial goals.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing and PR and deputise as needed.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using financial, market and category data to inform actions.
  • Proactive and adaptable with strong digital marketing knowledge across multi-channel retail.
  • Experienced in negotiating trade marketing plans and managing budgets.
  • Excellent understanding of retail, social media, CRM, loyalty programmes and paid digital media.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
