Global Communications Executive

A top-tier global law firm are seeking a Global Communications Executive to join their London office. This role will support with the development of global internal communications content and plans, to enhance the delivery of activities across the firm. This is an opportunity for a communications professional to gain exposure to a global role, with excellent progression and development opportunities.

• Development of the firm’s global intranet, updating daily with news and content from across the firm.
• Advising on communications channels use, setting up intranet pages, and working with the in house design team to develop internal communications assets.
• Write copy for internal emails and blogs, newsletters and other internal corporate communications.
• Manage distribution of content through appropriate communications channels
• Coordinate the delivery of targeted communication plans, to promote initiatives and programmes internally.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the global communications team to develop stories and updates on firm news and ensure a consistent approach.
• Assist the global communications team on campaign reporting, media coverage tracking and production of best practice tools.

• Experience working in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Display an interest in developing internal content / employee engagement.
• Excellent literacy skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Experience working with intranet and email marketing software (Advantageous).
