• Lead the Recipe Revolution: Own and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for NTK initiatives, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Create Culinary Magic: Oversee recipe development across all touchpoints — from in-box books to digital platforms and brand collaborations.
• Build & Inspire Teams: Collaborate with regional culinary leads and recipe developers, ensuring every dish reflects quality, creativity, and consumer-first thinking.
• Champion Innovation: Be the go‑to culinary expert, showcasing how our products transform cooking through convenience and performance.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Test competitor recipes, collaborate globally, and provide insights that shape product development.

• Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in culinary development, food innovation, or recipe-driven content creation.
• Education: Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
