Aspired Talent are recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader to join a food manufacturing site in Buckingham. This role is responsible for leading the night hygiene team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance across the production environment.

• Lead and supervise a small team of Hygiene Operatives
• Ensure all cleaning schedules and procedures are completed to a high standard
• Allocate and monitor daily and periodic hygiene tasks
• Maintain strict food safety, allergen control and contamination prevention standards
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to health & safety procedures
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances and elevate issues where required
• Train, support and develop hygiene team members
• Complete hygiene documentation and verification checks
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams
• Support site audits and inspections

• Food Safety Level 2
• HACCP Level 2
• Allergen Awareness
• Chemical Handling Awareness
• IOSH / Health & Safety knowledge
• First Aid at Work
• Team Leader / Management Level 3
• 2-3 years' experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail

• Lean Manufacturing Level 2
