Digital Print Operator

As our client's business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing high-quality printed products and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate a range of digital printing presses efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets
• Prepare and set up print jobs in line with job specifications and deadlines
• Monitor print runs to ensure colour accuracy, image quality, and overall output meets company standards
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to minimise errors and waste
• Ensure completed jobs are processed and transferred to the finishing department in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimise downtime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work closely with pre-press, finishing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Previous experience operating digital print presses
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good understanding of colour management and print processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
