• Perform high-precision grinding on aircraft components using cylindrical and surface grinding machines, ensuring work meets technical specifications and company procedures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, maintain a Practical Experience Record (PER), and may support the training of personnel.
• Ensure all duties comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations; contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop.

• GCSE level education (or equivalent)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience with internal/external, cylindrical, and surface grinding machines
• CNC grinding knowledge preferred
• Aerospace experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communicator, able to work across teams
• Performs well under pressure
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions (currently eligible to work and remain indefinitely in the UK)
