Production Operative

Overview

Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency.

• Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:
  Recipe Assembly, Ribbon Blends, Stacking and Labelling, Warehouse Operations, Blending Machine Operation, Packing Machine Operation, and fortnightly wash-down of machinery and equipment.
• Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure.
• Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement.

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English.
• Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential.
• Good time keeping.
• Self-motivated.
• Willingness & ability to learn.
• Strong work ethic.
