My client is currently seeking an experienced Bench Joiner Manager to join their workshop team in Edmonton, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well‑established joinery business producing high‑quality bespoke joinery.

** The Role ....**
As a Bench Joiner Manager, you will be workshop‑based and responsible for manufacturing a range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing bespoke joinery including doors, windows, cabinets, and other hardwood/softwood items
- Reading and working accurately from drawings and cutting lists
- Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Workshop‑based role
