- Shared apartment (not incl utilities, cable, energy, and food)
- Transportation between factory and home

- Operate flexographic printing machine efficiently and safely
- Set up jobs including plate mounting, anilox selection, ink preparation, and registration
- Ensure consistent
print quality
, color accuracy, and minimal waste - Handle
UV inks
, varnishes, and specialty coatings - Troubleshoot mechanical, print, and registration issues during production
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Monitor production output against job specifications and timelines
- Train and guide junior operators when required
- Follow company
quality, safety, and production procedures
- Strong knowledge of
flexographic label printing (PVC, BOPP, PSL Paper and films) - Experience with
UV inks
, anilox rolls, doctor blades, and die-cutting units - Ability to read and understand job tickets and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of print quality standards and waste control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with
shrink sleeve or specialty label jobs - Knowledge of color matching and basic colour management
- Experience in training operators or leading shifts
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices
