A world renowned food manufacturer based in Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) to join their current team. The business is growing massively, despite the current worldwide situation and the growth doesn t seem like it is slowing down anytime soon. With large profits over the past 12-months, the investment into the engineering team has nearly doubled and the company are able to offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities for maintenance engineers and the option to move into a project role.

• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, mostly dealing with electrical faults; assist with mechanical maintenance as required.
• Work on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift being 12 hours.
• Utilise a competitive salary package and overtime opportunities; participate in the company pension scheme.

• Multi-skilled Engineer who is competent electrically and mechanically
• Must hold an electrical engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
• OK working days & nights rotating shift pattern
• Background in manufacturing, industrial or armed forces (RAF, ARMY, NAVY, MARINE etc)
