About the Role

The 2026 Degree Apprenticeship at WSP is a paid, full‑time, permanent position that combines full training with real, on‑the‑job learning. As an apprentice you will aid shape the communities of tomorrow, embrace change and achieve excellence.

• Work with dynamic teams on a variety of projects across multiple sectors from day one.
• Ask questions, look at problems from a different angle and help find solutions that break concepts.
• Support business and role‑specific training, networking, mentoring and practical experience through blended learning.

• 5 GCSE’s Grade C/Level 5 or above (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science.
• Achieved or predicted A Level grades BBC (or equivalent) are typically required, although certain apprenticeship programmes may specify BBB or higher.
• To study Engineering subjects a grade C minimum at A level in Maths or further Maths is essential.
• OR achieved or predicted a BTEC Extended Diploma (Level
  3) with grades DDM in an engineering‑related subject. This must include a further Maths component.

Apply online through our partner Arctic Shores. The process includes an online skills enablers assessment followed by a possible interview day or interview. Confirmations are sent within 5 days of submission.
