What You'll Do
As quantitative analyst at the Centre for Growth you will help deliver our ambition to:

* Position BCG as the recognised leading voice and perspective in the UK market on key topics.

* Help drive UK growth and advantage by orchestrating breakthroughs in ideas and action that lead to material shifts and change.

* Help to lead the development and management of our core UK macroeconomic analysis as well as tailoring it for specific clients. Support expansion of macro work beyond UK market.

* Raise BCG's profile and brand among C-suite executives and other industry, government, and community leaders.

* Develop high quality conversations with clients and potential clients on key topics impact their sectors and the wider market.

* In this role you will directly support the Senior Director of the Centre for Growth as they work with a variety of practice areas and global experts to leverage BCG's capabilities to put our firm at the centre of national discussion about issues of critical importance to the future of the UK. This will include:

* Help to drive BCG Centre for Growth agenda & profile

* Support the development and management of our core UK macroeconomic analysis as well as tailoring it for specific clients

* Own and direct the quantitative analysis and research across all of the Centre’s work streams. Help to onboard and manage teams driving priority research topics and manage a variety of work streams beyond your own.

* Help to develop, research, publish and sustain external engagement on 4+ priority topics per year, which have a high impact on public debates around UK growth and competitive advantage

* Collaborate with practice area teams to identify and act on opportunities to leverage Centre as a platform to support/amplify broader range of commercial priorities and thought leadership (beyond 2-4 focus topics each year)

* Develop agenda for and support dialogue and events designed to expand and strengthen BCG UK’s network at both C-suite and senior government/community levels.

* Support creation of marketing program to broaden BCG followership in UK and boost our profile among key audiences as well as identifying opportunities for the Centre to Growth to be a leading voice in external environments

* Be present in public conversation around key topics, including directly representing BCG research through regular social media dialogue, op-eds, interviews, etc.

* Driving and delivering outputs autonomously, but happy to collaborate

* In depth analysis and creating coherent messaging from complex topic matters

* Compiling, cleaning and analysing data to support and evidence your research

* Networking and collaborating with a willingness to help drive the creation of coalitions to support the aims of the Centre for Growth

* Clear communication of complex topics with the ability to adapt both written and verbal communications for different audiences

* Thinking outside the box and applying different analytical lenses to problems, you’re able to identify novel solutions to challenges that are tailored to a specific target audience

* Managing fast paced work streams and supporting the development of internal BCG secondees into the Centre
