Overview
As the successful post holder you will provide key support to the management of recruitment campaigns in order to ensure a high quality, effective reliable and responsive recruitment and selection service. You will ensure adherence to team processes, trust policies and best practice compliance by providing comprehensive support of day-to-day recruitment activities. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager of the respective team, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process of new employees, including pre-employment checks.
The successful applicant will be passionate in providing good customer service, being the face of the Trust, whether attending assessment centres or conducting s and so good communication and interpersonal skills are required for the role.
- Ideally from an NHS Recruitment service
- Experience in ESR (HR and Payroll sides)
- Experience with TRAC recruitment systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Passionate about providing high quality customer service to patients and colleagues
