Our client is an ambitious consultancy with a national presence, specializing in carbon management, quantity surveying, project management, and clerks of works. While they operate across the UK, the majority of their projects are based in London. They provide tailored services to blue-chip clients and work on large-scale residential, student accommodation, and co-living developments valued at up to £170 million. This year, they have acquired a new project every week since the start of the year, meaning they are in a significant period of growth.

As a result, they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this fantastic opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, primarily working from the office but occasionally visiting sites inside and outside of the city. You will be responsible for managing projects and programs from start to finish. Throughout the project, you will be the main point of contact between the client and contractor. Within this role, you will be expected to help support and manage the more junior project managers in the team to ensure a high level of work.

Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you will also be expected to compile the contract documentation highlighting the most relevant parts of the contract.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated Project Manager from a contractor background looking to advance their career. Strong program knowledge and experience are vital for you to excel in the role.
