The Team / The Business:
This role is in the Product Innovation team within the S&P Global Ratings Commercial department. The team engages with Issuers, Intermediaries, and Investors to understand emerging risk-related products and services and to develop new product opportunities. This can include brand-new opportunities as well as extensions to existing products and enhancements to our issuer platform Ratings

This role shapes the strategic direction of the core credit ratings business by translating market insights into innovative solutions and enhancements for our product portfolio. By leading high-impact initiatives and managing the innovation pipeline, the role ensures our credit ratings offerings remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with evolving customer needs. The work directly influences organizational growth and strengthens our position as a market leader in providing credit ratings.

Qualifications- Bachelor s degree or higher qualification.
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 7 years of experience in product management, innovation, project management, strategy, or consulting roles.
- Proven success leading company-wide initiatives, especially product launches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define requirements for new product development.
- High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments, demonstrating curiosity and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, particularly in translating requirements into stories/deliverables and communicating progress of development with senior executives.
