Business and Commercial Banking at Lloyds Banking Group is on an exciting journey to become the leading UK digitally led relationship bank. With significant investment to transform the customer experience, the BCB Chief Operating Office is making it easier, faster, safer and more convenient for customers to do business through a strategy to digitise, diversify and transform our offering for businesses with turnover up to £100 million.

Within this, the Strategic Operating Model team plays a pivotal role. You'll join an encouraging and ambitious group that develops and delivers end-to-end operating model improvements across people, process and technology so BCB can meet its customer and commercial goals. The work is varied and fast paced with regular exposure to senior leaders, strong cross-bank collaboration and the chance to be a leader with vision at the forefront of high-profile change.

• Build and deliver complex end-to-end operating model change that enables BCB s strategy and commercial outcomes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating colleagues across Coverage, Product, Operations, Technology, Chief Controls Office, Risk, Finance, People & Places and Legal
• Influence and align stakeholders on direction of travel, communicating complex ideas in clear and compelling ways
• Apply structured problem solving using qualitative insight and data to drive decisions and measurable outcomes
• Connect the dots across diverse inputs to produce coherent designs, crisp narratives and succinct storytelling
• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities to land the right solutions for customers and colleagues
• Proven experience of designing and delivering operating model change within the financial services sector (ideally within BCB)
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and gaining alignment across diverse teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments, balancing multiple priorities and leading initiatives concurrently
• Ability to integrate insights from business inputs (customer, commercial, operational, risk, technology) to build coherent solutions and compelling storytelling
