• Lead a portfolio of audit and accounts engagements across diverse SMEs and OMBs
• Deliver expert strategic guidance to clients, acting as a long-term advisor
• Drive quality and compliance across all assignments, with clear RI-level responsibility
• Mentor and develop rising talent, contributing to leadership succession and team growth

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant audit leadership experience
• Strong technical command of UK GAAP, FRS 102/101; IFRS exposure welcomed
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive service quality
• Ambition and commercial mindset, with clear intent to step into a Partner role
