Leading day to day operations of the London hair replacement site while delivering a consistently outstanding customer journey Driving sales performance, profitability and business growth through commercial insight Managing, coaching and developing a high performing team of stylists Building strong relationships with NHS hospitals, charities and medical partners Overseeing operational standards including budgeting, payroll, stock, health and safety and GDPR compliance Wed love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Professional hairdressing qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Proven experience managing a hairdressing salon or similar client focused environment Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability Commercial awareness with the ability to drive targets and performance Exceptional customer service, communication skills and business planning, marketing and finance insight
