Job Title : Contract Supervisor – Commercial Property

Location : St Pauls, Central London

Salary : £63,000 - £65,000

Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00

The successful candidate will bring strong in electrical and proven experience leading maintenance teams within high‑profile commercial sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring this prestigious building operates at peak performance, while enjoying clear career progression and long‑term stability.

• Lead and supervise a team of day engineers, fabric engineer and on‑site admin.
• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep plant rooms in excellent condition and operational readiness
• Deliver reactive works and minor project improvements to contract standards
• Attend client meetings, providing updates on performance and site delivery
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site
