Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum plus travel allowance, bonus, private healthcare, dental, pension, holidays, private medical insurance and technical progression – Immediate start.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mission‑critical construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Willingness to be on site 5 times a week.
• Proven track record in managing commercial zuletzt retail, pharmaceutical or financial projects.
• Mechanical bias.
