• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a mission‑critical construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Willingness to be on site 5 × a week.
• Proven track record in managing commercial, retail, pharmaceutical / financial projects.
