Role Purpose

Oversee and manage the regional sales performance in Europe. This involves delivering robust sales and marketingplans, effective customer centric operational excellence and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the revenue target.

Key Accountability
  • Drive salesstrategic planning by implementing effective strategies to achieve Europe’ssales performance targets with prudent cost control.
  • Provide strong leadership and support in developing, implementing, and realizing the benefits of regional business plans and strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Enhance saleschannel by implementing various initiatives to drive efficiency with traveltrade partners, tourism boards, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze,and review regional sales performance, routes, results, and industryperformance indicators to ensure any performance gaps are rectified in a timelyand effective manner.
  • Optimize sales revenue by driving and monitoring route marketing, inventory management, and competitive pricing strategies to improve route profitability, yield, and loadfactors.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, industry players, and trade partners across all channels to support the regional sales team in achieving business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, anddevelop team members to ensure effective execution of action plans.
  • Identify anddevelop new markets to drive overall network revenue growth.
Requirements

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Bachelor’s degreein a business-related discipline from an accredited university; a postgraduatedegree (PhD, MBA, or MSc) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 yearsof experience in the airline industry, with at least 8–10 years in airlinesales or commercial activities.
  • Minimum 3 yearsof experience in station management.
