Opticians Assistant Store Manager - Wood Green
Are you a Team Leader / Supervisor / Optical Assistant ready to take the next step in their career?
This is a very exciting opportunity to join such a very progressive and forward-thinking practice.
The Role
- Assisting with running of the practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
- Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the general manager
- Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
- Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
- Administration responsibilities and compliance
- Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
