. Our team representing Suntory’s products – Celsius, Lucozade, and Ribena – is looking for a leader to manage a new team of Territory Development Executives. £40k per annum, up to 10% bonus, company car, tablet and mobile phone.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll inspire, develop, and lead up to 12 Territory Development Executives who call on independent retailers, convenience stores, small‑format grocery outlets, and food service customers. You’ll set the vision, strategy, and energy for your team, ensure they’re trained and motivated, and deliver against ambitious sales targets across multiple channels. Your commercial insight will help manage budgets, control costs and provide business intelligence to senior management.

day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager
  • You demonstrate agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, multichannel environment.
  • Implement a talent programme – work with recruitment team, manage regional recruitment, minimise churn and train, develop and nurture the team.
  • Manage the team, including performance management.
  • Provide senior management support to the National Sales Manager.
  • Deliver against key sales targets and KPIs.
  • Plan and organise regional meetings and cascade communications to the team.
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and trends.

Essential requirements
  • Previous experience managing a sales team, ideally at area level.
  • Understanding of retail/FMCG preferred.
  • A full UK driving licence (manual vehicle).
