• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex defined benefit and hybrid pension scheme administration for major institutional clients.

• Drive commercial outcomes, spearhead operational improvements, and play a key role in portfolio growth and new business initiatives.
• Represent the business externally as a trusted industry figure, building deep, senior relationships and acting as the commercial lead for creative financial solutions.
• Champion operational innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience leading large teams in third-party pensions administration (defined benefit, hybrid, or DC).
• Strong client relationship and commercial acumen, with a track record of success managing institutional pension funds.

• Up to £75,000 salary plus lucrative bonus and benefits package.
