This is an opportunity to join a thriving agency that does things differently. Our client is looking for a Qualitative Research Director to join their collaborative team and lead on global, brand‑shaping work, helping some of the world's most iconic brands grow in today's complex markets.

You’ll be:

• Leading multi‑market qualitative research projects from proposal to delivery
• Using a range of approaches to uncover cultural and strategic insights
• Working closely with clients on brand strategy, positioning, and innovation
• Managing and mentoring junior researchers
• Shaping thinking and pushing boundaries on projects across sectors and geographies.

About you:

• An experienced qualitative researcher with a strong strategic mindset
• Confident leading and managing international projects
• Skilled at proposal writing, pitching, and presenting
• Enjoy managing and mentoring a team
• Bring something extra, whether that's planning, advertising, cultural insight, or another angle
• Thriving in a fast‑moving, ideas‑driven environment.
