We’re looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Account Director or Senior Account Director to help drive the next phase of growth for Zeno London’s award-winning Corporate Reputation team.

You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, helping them protect, shape and communicate their corporate stories with purpose and creativity.

• Lead day‑to‑day client relationships and provide senior strategic counsel
• Drive impactful integrated, cross‑channel communication programmes
• Oversee budgets and delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage
• Support and mentor junior talent – helping them (and you) grow fast
• Contribute to new business efforts: spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and pitching with flair
• Collaborate across our brand and tech teams to create powerful, joined‑up work

• Has agency experience (ideally global) and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Brings solid knowledge across corporate reputation, ESG, sustainability, issues & crisis and stakeholder comms
• Understands both traditional and digital media landscapes
• Is commercially minded, creative and unafraid to challenge conventional thinking
• Loves motivating teams and developing talent
• Has experience leading integrated, multi‑market campaigns
• Is proactive, collaborative – and has a cracking sense of humour

£51,000 – £65,000 a year

We are open to applications from established Account Directors and Senior Account Directors. Salary ranges:
Account Director £51,000–£55,000, Senior Account Director £57,000–£72,500.
