Shift Leader Liverpool Street, London £58,000 An exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to work for a leading FM service provider in a critical environment by Liverpool Street in the City of London. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider on a renowned contract, the Shift Leader will work a Continental Shift leading a 2 Engineer Shift team, carrying out all the planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment.

The Electrically biased leader will hold a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery. Duties:
Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Attending client meetings Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.

Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units. Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions Requirements:
