** Light & Wonder**, it’s all about the games. Our Gaming team delivers cutting-edge technology, products, and content to some of the most iconic casinos and operators worldwide.  We’re looking for several Field Service Technicians to join our team, covering the
** N, AL, MK, LU, HP, SG, EN, WD, and IG postcodes**, as well as the wider Greater London area.  ## This role is ideal for:
* ** Experienced technicians
** with a background in IT, electronics, or engineering who want to apply their skills in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
* ** Seasoned delivery drivers or other field-based professionals
** who are great with customers, comfortable travelling between sites, and want to take the next step into a
** technical career**. (Full training provided).  If you enjoy
** fixing things**, have a genuine interest in technology, and like the independence of working on the road, this could be the perfect fit.  ##

Key Responsibilities  
* Install, service, and repair betting and gaming terminals.  
* Ensure new shop installations are completed to the highest standards.  
* Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.  
* Coordinate and supervise the removal of equipment when required.  
* Maintain strong customer relationships, providing clear operating instructions and updates.  
* Log service visits, incidents, and customer feedback accurately.  ## What you’ll bring

* Strong customer service and confident communication skills.  
* Good time management and ability to meet targets.  
* A
** full UK driving licence**.  
* Previous technical experience is an advantage but
